% 19.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and 4 have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR No.752/2015 under Sections 324/326(B)/34 IPC registered at police station Model Town on the complaint of petitioner no. 4, may be quashed. Petitioner no. 4 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Kuldeep Singh, P.S. Model Town. It is submitted that petitioner no. 4 was a tenant of petitioner no. 1. It appears that the disputes arose between them on some trivial matter, which led to registration of the present FIR. Petitioner no. 4 says that he has settled the matter with the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 of his own free will and without any

undue force, pressure or coercion. Petitioner no. 4 submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and 4 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.752/2015 under Sections 324/326(B)/34 IPC registered at police station Model Town and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
