% 08.10.2025 1.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2.

This Letters Patent Appeal filed by the appellant, Gujarat State Tennis Association, challenges two orders passed on 15.09.2025 and 18.09.2025 by learned Single Judge.

3.

It appears from perusal of the order dated 18.09.2025 that arguments in the writ petition [W.P. (C) 13458/2024] have been completed by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and the matter is now fixed for 15.10.2025 for arguments on behalf of the respondents. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 09/10/2025 at 14:32:26

4.

Ordinarily, since no substantial issue has been decided by the orders dated 15.09.2025 and 18.09.2025, this appeal would not be maintainable, however it has been contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that since the Annual General Body Meeting of the Asian Tennis Federation is slated to be held on 11.10.2025 and further that the elections under challenge before learned Single Judge in the proceedings of the writ petition were held way back in September, 2024 and therefore the application seeking vacation of the order dated 24.09.2024 so far as it directs that the result of the elections shall not be declared, needs to be heard.

5.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this Letters Patent Appeal with the request to the learned Single Judge to hear and decide the writ petition itself before 11.10.2025, if possible and further, in case the final disposal of the writ petition is not possible, the applications moved by the appellant seeking its impleadment as also the vacation of the order dated 24.09.2024 may at least be decided before 11.10.2025.

6.

The appeal along with pending application, thus stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

7.

We request the learned counsel for the respective parties appearing before learned Single Judge to cooperate in the proceedings of the writ petition.
