Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, we dispose of this Letters Patent Appeal with a request to the learned Single Judge to prepone the date in the proceedings of the writ petition and decide the same as early as possible. determination of lease in question, the very writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

What we also notice that the very basis of instituting the proceedings of the writ petition was an order determining the lease which has subsequently been revoked and accordingly, it appears that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the appellant is permitted to move an appropriate application with the aforesaid prayer before the learned Single Judge, whereupon learned Single Judge is requested to prepone the date and determine the said issue alongwith any other connected issues. 5.

The appeal stands disposed of.
