Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It has been argued on behalf of the appellant that while passing the judgment and order under appeal, learned Single Judge appears to have lost sight of certain pleadings available on record.

Since the judgment under appeal does not reflect consideration of such arguments, though same may have been pleaded, we find it appropriate to permit the appellant to seek a review of the judgment and order passed by learned Single Judge.
