The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the impugned eviction order dated 04.06.2025 passed by Ms. Arjinder Kaur, ACJM (Special Act) in Eviction Petition No.262/2022 titled as Mohd. Ashraf Khan Versus Mr. ·Kesar Miyan in the interest of justice.

It is further prayed that the leave to defend may kindly be granted to the petitioner to contest the eviction petition.

Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the present petition may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent in the interest of justice."
