The present petition assails an order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ('NCDRC'). 2.

During the course of the hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that an application seeking recall of the order has been filed before the NCDRC. He confines himself to seeking that the said recall application be taken up for consideration by the NCDRC as expeditiously as possible.

Needless to say, since the matter is coming up for hearing before the NCDRC on 13.10.2025, the petitioner's recall application shall necessarily be taken up for consideration, on the said date of hearing. 4.
