This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 6th October, 2025, after hearing the parties the Court had observed as under:

The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking implementation of the Order-in-Appeal dated 27th June, 2025 by which the seized gold i.e., one elongated gold piece of the Petitioner has been directed to be redeemed by the Petitioner.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Reviewing Authority has decided to file a revision against the present petition.

Since the time for filing of the revision expired during the Court vacations on 27th September, 2025, the Court is inclined to adjourn this matter."

The Revision Petition is stated to have been filed in this matter on 8th October, 2025.

Accordingly, let the copy of the revision petition be served upon the Petitioner and the Petitioner be given a personal hearing in this matter. 5.

In the facts of this case, the warehousing charges from the date of passing of the Order-in-Appeal dated, i.e., 27th June, 2025 till the filing of the revision, i.e., 8th October, 2025, shall stand waived. 7.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
