Present writ petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Regular Appeal No. 53/2021 titled 'AEREC (India) Ltd. vs. Kanchan Garg &Anr.' pending before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi ("DRAT"), preferably within two months.

This Court finds that the present writ petition has been filed without filing an application for early hearing before the DRAT. 3.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an application for early hearing before the DRAT.
