By way of the present application, the applicant seeks modification of order dated 30.10.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently in para nos. 10 of order dated 30.10.2025, wrong FIR details were mentioned as FIR No. 29/2018, Police Station Naraina, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 376/419/420/377/323 of IPC in place of FIR No. 0018/2024, Police Station Bindapur, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 186/353/34 of IPC.

The details of FIR in para no. 10 of order dated 30.10.2025, shall now read as under:

"...Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 0018/2024, registered at Police Station Bindapur, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 186/353/34 of IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- each with the Advocates‟ Welfare Fund, Dwarka Courts, Delhi within a period of three weeks...." 7.

In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. 8.
