Mr. C.M., Goyal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.l states that respondent no.l has written to the State Directorate to constitute an Inspection Committee (s) for verification / inspection, of infrastructure of By:AMULYA

the petitioner institutes for shifting of the premises to its new location as per the NCVT norms and submit the recommendations of the Inspection Committee (s). He further states that on the basis of the recommendations final decision shall be taken by the respondent no.l within 8 weeks. He has "placed before me the letter dated 23^'^ March, 2017 in support of his submission. His statement is taken on record. In view of the said statement of Mr. Goyal, Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state that nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petitions and the writ petitions may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
