The matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared as holiday on account of Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day. 2.

The present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.168/2025 under Sections 324(2)/115(2)/118(1)/333/3(5) registered at Police Station Nangloi. 3.

Ms. Swati Rathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court subject to his joining investigation. She submits that the petitioner has joined investigation, which fact is also affirmed by Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the I.O, who is present in Court. 4.

present petitioner.

He fairly states that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had used danda to inflict injuries on the petitioner and there is no allegation of use of any dangerous weapon by the petitioner. 5.

It is also not in dispute that the main accused who had given stab injuries to the complainant has already been granted regular bail. 6.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it is directed that in the event the petitioner's arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer and further subject to the following conditions that:- (i) Petitioner shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.

(ii) Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.
