The counsel for the plaintiff states that the matter has been settled with the defendants and the plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit. 2.

The counsel for the defendants has no objection and in fact hands over a copy of the Settlement Deed dated 24th May, 2017 which is taken on record.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn with no costs. 4.

The counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the court fees. Out of the court fees paid of Rs.2,40,000/- a certificate entitling the plaintiff to refund of Rs.1,90,000/- be prepared and issued and be handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff.
