Mr. Mr. Siddhartha Shankar Ray, learned counsel for respondent no.1-Unique Identification Authority of India ("UIDAI") is permitted to place on record his reply by tomorrow.

The petitioners' case is that under his description/ particulars a fake Aadhaar Card has been generated by some miscreant person. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 20/04/2026 at 12:13:35

The respondent no.1 by way of order dated 17.03.2026 has informed the petitioner that the anomalies were found and the fake Aadhaar Card has been temporarily discontinued. It be noted that the petitioner already has his separate Aadhaar Card, and there cannot be two Aadhaar Card Number for the same person.

It is, thus, directed that so long as the petitioner's earlier Aadhaar Card is not surrendered, there shall not be any activation or reissuance of Aadhaar Card for the name Lokesh Jain S/o Panna Lal Jain, B7, Green Park Main, Hauz Khas, S. O. Sought West Delhi, Delhi - 110016. 5.

Let the petitioner to also send the necessary communication to Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") intimating that under fake Aadhaar Card various accounts have been opened throughout the Country. If the petitioner does so, on receipt of the communication, let the RBI to do the needful, if required as per extent Rules and Regulations. 6.

The petitioner shall also be at liberty to get in touch with the concerned Bank or the Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited ("CIBIL") for taking necessary action at their end. 7.

The petition, along with pending applications, stands dispose of.
