This appeal is filed by the Appellant under Section 72 of the Copyright Act, 1957 challenging impugned order dated 18.06.2025 passed by Respondent No. 1/Registrar of Copyrights, whereby objections filed by the Appellant were rejected and application was directed to proceed to registration in favour of Respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2, submits that the said Respondent has no objection to the appeal being allowed and places reliance on the reply filed in this Court to this effect. 3.

CGSC also has no objection to the appeal being allowed. 4.

Accordingly, taking on record the stand of Respondent No. 2, the appeal is allowed. Impugned order dated 18.06.2025 is quashed and set aside and registration of copyright under ROC No. AT-20250159555 dated 18.06.2025 corresponding to diary no. 8563/2022-CO/A is cancelled and the application will be treated as withdrawn.
