This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking a decree for permanent injunction restraining the Defendant, its proprietor or partners, servants, agents, affiliates, associates stockiest from manufacturing, trading, supplying, selling, marketing, in any manner including online sale or dealing in any other way, any goods and/or any other products including two wheeler spare parts along with packaging materials under the Plaintiff No. 1's HERO trademarks including the device marks or any other mark/logo/ labels which are identical and similar to the Plaintiff No. l's HERO trademarks and/or device marks, amounting to infringement of Plaintiff No. l's registered trademarks, amongst other reliefs. 2.

During the pendency of the suit parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement CS(COMM) 1069/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
