$~61 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + CRL.REV.P. 258/2014 AMARDEEP SINGH TIBB ..... Petitioner Through:

None versus THE STATE & ANR ..... Respondents Through:

Mr. Ashish Dutta, APP Mr. Ajay Kaushik, Advocate for respondent No.2

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDER SHEKHAR

O R D E R

% 08.04.2019 Crl.M.A.7227/2019 1.

None appears for the petitioner despite service of notice and despite passing over the matter.

2.

Record has been perused.

3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 pointed out that there is a typographical error in the second last line of the order dated 15.1.2019, wherein it has been wrongly stated that the application shall be moved by the petitioner, though it ought to have been moved by respondent No.2, in whose favour the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- is to be released along with interest accrued thereon.

4.

Accordingly, the aforesaid error is corrected and it would be read that the respondent No.2 shall move an application for

the release of the amount of Rs.4,00,000/-. Respondent No.2 submitted that he has already moved an application before the Registrar-General of this Court.

4.

The amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar-General of this Court, in terms of the order dated 15.5.2014, be released as per rules.

5.

The application is disposed of.
