% 18.04.2018 The parties have settled their disputes. The Settlement Agreement has been received along with the Report of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 5th February, 2018. As per the Settlement Agreement, the Respondent No.2 was to pay a sum of Rs.11 lakhs to Respondent No.1. The same has been handed over by way of Demand Draft to Respondent No.1 in the mediation proceedings itself. In view of the same, the entire dispute between the three parties has been settled amicably.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. The impugned judgment/decree is modified as per the settlement. Since, the matter has been settled in the Mediation, the Appellant shall be entitled to refund of court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act. Accordingly,

the appeal and all pending applications are disposed of as settled. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
