Office report shows that defendant nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 7 have been served on 19.01.2026. Even affidavit of service has been filed by learned counsel for the plaintiff.

In so far as defendant no.3 is concerned, Ms. Anusha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the said defendant submits that defendant no.3 has already executed a sale deed in terms of the settlement in favour of plaintiff in respect of his 20% share in the suit property. 4.

Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of other defendants. 5.

List the matter for hearing on 27.02.2026.
