The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to quash and set aside the impugned letter of attachment/lien dated 29.07.2025 (herein annexed as Annexure - P-1) placed on the Petitioner's personal bank account bearing Account No. 006501514242 at ICICI Bank Vasant Vihar Branch for recovery of alleged Maharashtra Value Added Tax dues of M/s Global Empowerment Management Services Partnership Firm, and/or; b) Grant a stay on attachment of the house of the petitioner bearing no. 247, Vasant Enclave, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - - 110057, as the petitioner apprehends that if the recovery of the dues is not completed by the attachment of the bank account, the respondents may attach the house of the petitioner which remains to be her only dwelling unit, and/or;"

of the petitioner maintained with the respondent no. 1- bank on the ground that some recovery notice or demand under Section 33(1) of Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 is due from the petitioner and seemingly some order of attachment of petitioner's personal assets has been issued. 3.

He submits that the petitioner will be satisfied and not press the present petition any further in case the respondent no.1/ICICI Bank provides a copy of the order received by it under the aforesaid Act. 4.

In view of the limited relief articulated by Mr. Sagar, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 1/bank to provide the relevant documents on the basis of which the respondent/bank has marked lien on the bank account of the petitioner, within a period of one week.
