Vide order dated 03.02.2025, the petitioners were given the last and final opportunity by the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) to file the rejoinder, failing which the right to file the same was to stand closed. On failure of the petitioners to file the rejoinder, the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 28.07.2025 had accordingly closed their right. 2.

Today again, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for further time to file the rejoinder. He is also not ready to make submissions on the merits of the petition.

From the conduct of the petitioners, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this petition. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
