% 06.11.2024 Pursuant to yesterday's order Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing for the State has handed-up Status Report dated 05.11.2024, which verifies that the petitioner's wife has been admitted to the Vedant Multispeciality Hospital, Alipur, Delhi yesterday and is scheduled to undergo surgery today for haemorrhoids. 2.
The status report is taken on record.

Mr. Aditya Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that as per the attending doctors, the expected length of stay of the petitioner's wife in hospital is 2-3 days and she would require sometime for post-operative care and recuperation. 4.
Nominal Roll dated 06.11.2024 has also been handed-up in court. The same is taken on record.

has 01 other criminal involvement in case FIR No. 487/2018 registered at P.S.: Swaroop Nagar, Delhi, in which case he is already on bail; and that the petitioner's overall jail conduct has been 'satisfactory'. 6.
In the circumstances, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner - Sanjay s/o Malkhan Singh - is granted interim bail for a period of 03 weeks from the date of his release, subject to the following conditions : 6.1. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty-five Thousand Only) with 01 surety in the like amount from a relative, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court;
6.2. The petitioner shall not leave the State of Delhi without the permission of the learned trial court and shall ordinarily reside at the address as per prison records;
6.3. The petitioner shall present himself before the S.H.O., P.S.: Crime Branch, Delhi every Tuesday between 11 am and 11:30 am to mark his presence. However, he will not be kept waiting longer than an hour for this purpose;
6.4. The petitioner shall furnish to the S.H.O., P.S.: Crime Branch, Delhi a cell-phone number on which the petitioner may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times;
6.5. If the petitioner has a passport, he shall surrender the same to the learned trial court and shall not travel out of the country without prior permission of the learned trial court;

witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial; and 6.7. Upon expiry of the period of interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

Nothing in this order shall be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the pending matter.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent forthwith.

The petition stands disposed-of in the above terms.
10. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
