The present petition, which was disposed of vide judgment dated 17.07.2018 by quashing the impugned Award and remanding back the matter to the learned Labour Court for fresh consideration within a period of six months has been listed on an office note by the Registry. As per the Registry, a letter dated 18.01.2019 has been received from the presiding officer of the concerned learned Labour Court XI seeking extension of time for disposal. 2.
