Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 16th August, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in OMP No.406/2011 whereby the learned Single Judge condoned a delay of 365 days in filing the restoration application and restored OMP No.406/2011.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant would be satisfied in the event this Court were to expedite the hearing and disposal of OMP No.406/2011.

Keeping in view the fact that OMP No.406/2011 has been pending since 2011, this Court is of the view that the request made by learned counsel for the appellant is fair and reasonable.
