1. The present petition has been filed for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 194/2021, for offences punishable under Sections 363/376/323/506/342/366/493/496 of the IPC and for offences punishable under Sections 6 and Section 9 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Bawana.

2. Learned APP for the State submits that the status report was filed on 13.12.2024, but the same is not on record.

3. Let the status report be brought on record.

4. During the course of arguments, learned APP for the State placed a hard copy of the status report before this Court.

5. shall attend the Court proceedings regularly. However, as the applicant failed to appear before the learned Trial Court on 17.09.2024, NBWs were issued against him, and he was taken into custody on 04.10.2024.

6. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant could not appear before the learned Trial Court on 17.09.2024 due to heavy rains in his area.

7. Learned APP for the State submits that the trial was delayed due to the applicant's non-appearance.

8. Considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant is directed to deposit a penalty of Rs. 10,000/- with the DHCLSA. The applicant is admitted to regular bail on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 15.03.2022, to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Trial Court.

9. In view of the above, the instant application along with any pending application stands disposed of.

10. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
