This intra-court appeal challenges an order dated 18.08.2025, which appears to have been passed on certain statements made by learned counsel representing the respondent/State Bank of India. 3.

In Para 4 of the impugned order, learned Single Judge has recorded as under:

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner and therefore, he does not wish to press other prayers in the pending petition."

The appellant, however, submits that the statement made by the learned counsel representing the State Bank of India, on the basis of which order dated 18.08.2025 was passed by the learned Single Judge, was not correct. If that be so, that may give rise to the appellant to seek review of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by learned Single Judge.
