2. The prayer in this petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is that this Court should grant interim stay of the proceedings in CS(OS) No.1399/2005 stated to be pending in the Court of the learned Additional District Judge.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Court is not satisfied that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the above prayer can be granted in a petition under Section 9 of the Act. OMP (I) (Comm) No.123/2017

4. The petition is dismissed. It will, however, be open to the Petitioner to seek other appropriate remedy as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.
