Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 („BNSS‟) has been filed by the Petitioner for directing the Respondent CBI to provide entire CCTV footage of all the CCTV cameras installed inside and outside the entire premises of Rau‟s IAS Study Circle bearing BP-11,Rajender Nagar, New Delhi and also in the vicinity pertaining to the incident dated 27.07.2024 from 05:30 PM till 08:30 AM of the next date, in respect of which RC No.08(S)/2024/CBI/SC-1/New Delhi dated 06.08.2024 has been registered in connection with FIR No.0151/2024 dated 28.07.2024 under Sections 105/106(1)/115(2)/290/3(5) of BNS, registered at PS: Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent CBI submits that the Chargesheet and the Supplementary Chargesheet have already been filed in the Court and all available documents have also been filed along with the Chargesheets. 3.

The Petitioner is a Complainant, who is seeking requisite documents for the purpose of prosecution of his Complaint.
