125/Reader/ACP/SECVI/EOW dated 27.01.2024 & Notice No. 810/ Reader/ACP/SECVI/ EOW dated 17.04.2024 u/s 91/160 Cr.P.C.; and/or"

At the outset, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the matter had already been transferred to the SFIO on 14.10.2024 and the notices impugned in the present petition are prior in time and are, therefore, being withdrawn.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
