A Petition under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0161/2022 dated 12.12.2022 under Section 420 IPC registered at Cyber Crime Police Station, South-East District, Delhi, in terms of the Settlement with Respondent No.2 who has already filed her Affidavit/ NOC dated 26.10.2024.

In the Order dated 24.02.2025 the learned ASC has stated that in essence it was a private dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 and that the Complainant has confirmed that she has received the entire amount from the Petitioner. The factum of Settlement also borne out from the NOC/Affidavit of Respondent No.2.

In view of the No Objection Certificate confirming that the parties have settled the matter, nothing more survives in the present Petition.
