Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0049/2024 under Sections 323/376 IPC, registered at PS: Begumpur, Delhi, in terms of Settlement Deed / MoU dated 09.10.2025.

It is evident from the FIR that Respondent No.2 got introduced with the Petitioner and she developed business with the help of Petitioner. She also gave Rs.1,50,000/- and Rs.3,50,000/- to the Petitioner as loan, on the assurance that he would return the same. But, subsequently, he took advantage of Respondent No.2 and raped her. However, she has now married and has a daughter from her first marriage. It would not inductive for her future to continue with the present Petition, hence, she submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the FIR and all consequential proceedings may be quashed. 3.

It is further submitted that on 14.01.2024, on Complaint of Respondent No.2, FIR No.0049/2024 under Sections 323/376 IPC was registered at PS: Begumpur, Delhi.

The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the IO. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure and they have signed the Settlement Deed / MoU dated 09.10.2025 with their wish and will. 5.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the parties have no grievance against each other. Since Respondent No.2 has already made a statement before the Court that she does not want to pursue the proceedings in FIR, the present Petition be allowed and FIR No.0049/2024 be quashed. 6.

In view of Settlement Deed / MoU dated 09.10.2025, present Petition has been filed.

Respondent No.2 is present and submits that she has no grievance against the Petitioner and also no objection to the quashing of FIR. 8.

In view of the fact that the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have been amicably resolved in terms of Settlement Deed / MoU dated 09.10.2025. Considering the fact that parties have given no objection to the quashing of FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the proceedings arising out of the FIR. 9.

Consequently, FIR No.0049/2024 under Sections 323/376 IPC, registered at PS: Begumpur, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Writ Petition along with pending Application is disposed of. 11.

Petitioner as well as Respondent No.2 are directed to deposit The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Rs.10,000/- each with the Registrar General of this Court within seven days, failing which Registrar General NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
