This writ petition is filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Respondents to conduct an additional mop-up round of counselling for NEET-SS for the academic session 2024-2025 at All India level, in accordance with merit by including all seats vacated due to resignation, non-joining etc., amongst other reliefs. 2.
Since the academic session 2024-2025 has almost come to an end, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition. 3.
The writ petition along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn making it clear that Court has not gone into the merits of the case. All legal issues raised by the Petitioners in the present petition are left open.
