This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 227/2022, dated 27th March, 2022 P.S. Shahbad Dairy under Sections 186/353/332/34 IPC.

One of the principal grounds taken by the petitioner is that charge sheet has not been filed even after two and half years have passed. 3.

APP for the State, on instructions, submits that charge sheet will be filed within two weeks from today.

Noting the same, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek remedies at a subsequent stage. 5.

Liberty granted. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
