Petitioner appears in person and is aggrieved by the proceedings initiated against him by his estranged wife under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Section 125, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, both pending in South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. He states that the cause of action does not arise in the jurisdiction of Saket Courts and since both were residents of Rajasthan, got married in 2016 and estranged soon after.

Since the petition does not disclose any specific relief sought, he has to approach Saket Courts, where the proceedings are going on, for seeking appropriate relief. He further states that he was not given the records of the proceedings. Needless to say, as a party to the proceedings pending before the Trial Court, he is entitled to the records filed in the said matter. 3.

No further directions are necessary in this regard. 4.
