The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, complaining of alleged ongoing construction in Municipal No. 429, Ward No. II, Kucha Brij Nath, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006. 2.

At the outset, Mr. Bhojraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petition may be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force ["STF"], constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C. Mehta vs Union of India & Ors.]. 3.

In the event, the complaint is made to the STF within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, the STF is directed to act expeditiously.
