The petitioner has filed this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution, against an order dated 03.05.2024 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["ATMCD"]. 2.

Against the impugned order, an appeal lies to the learned District Judge under Section 347D of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, read with the judgment of the Supreme Court in Amrik Singh Lyallpuri v. Union of India [(2011) 6 SCC 535].

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to assail the impugned order in accordance with law. 4.
