Petitioner/defendant has assailed order dated 19.08.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby his application under Order VI Rule 16 CPC was dismissed. It appears that in the Written Statement, the present petitioner/defendant pleaded that the suit was a counter-blast to the FIR got registered by the Director of the petitioner/defendant against the present respondent, and in replication, the present respondent denied the said allegation, enlisting various cases already registered against the present petitioner by CBI and ED.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner/defendant seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the trial court for permission to file subsequent pleadings in order to plead that the petitioner/defendant is not accused in those cases.
