This suit is disposed of with a consent order by decreeing the suit by recording the statement of the counsel for the defendant which will bind the defendant that defendant will not infringe the registered design of the plaintiffs with respect to water purifiers. It is also agreed that defendant will on its website not cause infringement of the registered design of the plaintiffs including by publication of the same. 2.

It is also agreed that defendant will deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as costs with Help Age India, C-14, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110016, within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

Decree sheet be drawn up in view of the aforesaid terms. 4.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.
