The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be satisfied if the trial is expedited. 2.

He submits that the bail application filed on an earlier occasion, was withdrawn on 05.01.2024 on the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that only three public witnesses remain to be examined.

He submits that since January, 2024, only one witness has been examined.

4.

Considering the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to make endeavour to complete the evidence within a period of six months.

5.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file afresh if the evidence does not conclude within a period of six months.
