This is a petition filed under section 482 of BNS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.

398/2022, under Sections 380/454/467/471/420/120-B/34 of IPC, registered at PS Prem Nagar, New Delhi.

It is stated that the petitioner was never arrested during the pendency of the FIR.

The parties have arrived at a settlement and on the basis of the settlement, the FIR is already quashed today by this Court in CRL.M.C. 8105/2024.

Since the FIR has already been quashed, the bail application has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
