The present application is filed seeking interim bail for a period of thirty days in FIR No. 699/2022 dated 10.12.2022 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden for offences under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in order to prepare and appear in Common Law Admission Test-2025, which is to be conducted on 01.12.2024.

The learned Trial Court, by order dated 28.10.2024, had directed release of the applicant on interim bail from 25.11.2024 to 03.12.2024.

In the opinion of this Court, a period of eight days is sufficient for preparing and appearing in the examination. 4.

The applicant is permitted to furnish the bail bond and a surety, as directed by the learned Trial Court, to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
