% 20.11.2024 Pursuant to last order dated 06.11.2024, Mr. R.M. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits, that they have served a copy of the two bail petitions upon Dr. Vijendra Singh Mehandiya, Advocate on Record and Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh. Email dated 14.11.2024 to that effect has been shown to the court.

Amended memo of parties dated 12.11.2024 impleading the State of Uttar Pradesh as a party-respondent No.4 has also been filed. 3.
However, no one is present on behalf of respondent No.4, when the matter is called-out.

After making brief submissions, Mr. Sinha submits, that if the Delhi police assures the petitioners that there is no complaint/FIR pending against them in P.S.: Farsh Bazar, Delhi, under the jurisdiction of which they reside, the petitioners would adopt their remedies as may be permissible in accordance with law.

Ms. Shubhi Gupta, learned APP appearing for the State submits, that a statement to that effect has already been made vide para 5 of order dated 06.11.2024. That said, on instructions of SI Harshvardhan Arya from P.S.: Farsh Bazar, the learned APP confirms that no complaint against either of the petitioners is pending in that police station and there is no FIR registered against any of them. Accordingly, Ms. Gupta submits, that the petitioners' apprehension of arrest at the hands of the Delhi Police is only imaginary.

In the circumstances, Mr. Sinha seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions, with liberty to file afresh for the same relief in the court of competent territorial jurisdiction.

The petition is disposed-of as withdrawn.
