After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy administratively with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

The petition is thus, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
