A Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking setting aside of the Order dated 15.04.2024 passed by learned ACMM, New Delhi under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. However, after some submissions learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to prefer the Petition before the Court of learned ASJ. 4.
In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
