It is stated that as the petitioner is not able to pursue with the present petition and to file the response to the final report submitted by the respondent no. 1 as such, the cost of Rs.25,000/- was imposed vide order dated 11.10.2023 be waived off.

After considering all facts, the cost of Rs.25,000/- imposed vide order dated 11.10.2023 is ordered to be waived off. 4.

The present petition along with pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
