The present contempt petition filed by the mother of the minor child with the grievance that the respondent/ father has not been paying the maintenance in terms of the orders passed by the learned Family Court for which directions were issued on 24.07.2024 by this Court in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 190/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent present in Court, submits that the arrears of maintenance will be cleared within two weeks from today.
