The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by thirty (30) days.

Counsel for the parties submit that the award has been rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal on 8th October, 2025.

In view thereof, no further extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is required.

4.

Since the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 30th September, 2025, the period from 1st October, 2025 till 8th October, 2025 stands regularised.
