The learned counsel for the parties state that the inter se disputes have been settled in terms of the settlement dated 08.09.2017, entered into by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). In terms of the said settlement agreement, the parties have agreed that the gift deed dated 10.11.2009, executed by respondent no.1 in favour of the petitioner no.1 would stand cancelled. 2.

The petitioners have also agreed to vacate the premises on or before 15.12.2017. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in terms of the settlement. He further prays that the petitioners be grated liberty to seek refund of the stamp duty before the SubRegistrar in relation to the gift deed dated 10.11.2009, executed by

respondent no.1 in favour of petitioner no.1 and, the gift deed dated 01.08.2014 executed by petitioner no.1 in favour of petitioner no.2. The petitioners are at liberty to do so in accordance with law. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the aforesaid observations.
