This Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed by the Petitioner seeking interim reliefs. 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsels for the parties that the parties would nominate their respective Nominee Arbitrators within two weeks from today.

The Arbitrators so nominated by the parties shall appoint the Presiding Arbitrator in accordance with the Society for Affordable Redressal of Disputes (SAROD) Rules.

The Tribunal so constituted is requested to adjudicate the present Application by treating the same as one under application 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within four weeks of entering reference.
