The matter is taken up on office note wherein this matter has already been transferred vide order dated 21.08.2025, however inadvertently vide order dated 25.09.2025 again an order was passed for transfer of case to the learned Principal & District Judge.

In view of the above, the order dated 21.08.2025 transferring the matter to concerned Principal District & Sessions Judge shall stand and the Registry is directed to act in accordance with the order dated 21.08.2025 and need not list the matter again.
