This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of learned Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated by the Petitioner that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of Respondent's evidence and mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 30.09.2025.

Mr. Abhishek Paruthi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions submits that Respondent has no objection to O.M.P. the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 7.
